The HCN Officer contributes to the design, planning and implementation of the objectives and activities of the Centre of Competence on Humanitarian Negotiation (CCHN), a strategic partnership between the HD Centre, the ICRC, MSF, UNHCR and WFP, together with Humanitarium events in Kigali, under the supervision of the Delegation Management, with the aim of increasing the ICRC capacity to influence on humanitarian priorities in Africa.
